Returns Policy

All parcels less than 1kg must be sent back to us via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded and any parcel over this weight must be sent back via Royal Mail Standard Parcel. Please keep your proof of postage safe as this may be needed if the parcel doesn't arrive back to us.

No returns are accepted after 28 days of the original postage date and it is your responsibility to check the date of all returns before giving your customer our return details.

If the product has been returned within the 28 day period and is found to be faulty we will cover the return postage as long as you returned the parcel via the service we recommend above, if the parcel was retuned via a more expensive service we will only refund the cost of the recommended service above.

The return postage cost will be sent directly to your account balance as this eliminates any fee's pay pal may charge for the transaction.

We also cover the shipping cost back to your customer with all faulty items and this is done via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

Non-Faulty exchanges are only accepted if the item is in prestige condition and we receive the item back within 28 days. Return costs and re-delivery costs are covered by the customer.

Re-delivery costs can be paid for from account balance or Pay pal.
