All customers personal details held on our computer database are protected under the conditions of the data protection act. Your personal details including your name, e-mail address and other details will not be given to a third party.
All Items sold are subject to availability We endeavour to fulfill your order however reserve the right to offer alternatives prior to dispatch as not all items are kept in sufficient stock levels to match daily orders stock and some suppliers may decide to alter, change or delete products without notifying us in sufficient time.
Delivery Times
We offer a standard 3 day first class shipping service with all orders to the UK mainland included in the price you pay. We also offer a next day guaranteed service for an additional flat fee as stated on the check out page of the website. This can only be guaranteed if the order is made and paid for in full online no later than 2pm. You will receive an automated confirmation of delivery email.
Contract
The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will always use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise as this is by far the most sensible way and low cost way to resolve any dispute.
